We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Htel Serviced Apartments. the 2, bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable long stay. the full, sized kitchen, complete with islands and cupboards, along with the washing machine and dryer, made it feel like a home away from home. We also appreciated having a TV in every room and full, sized closets. the location, while not in the touristy part of the city, was perfect for us. Surrounded by green parks and schools, it felt like a nice suburban part of Amsterdam. We were within walking distance to a metro station, making it easy to get around. Street parking was cheap, which was great for us. the convenience of having a Jumbo grocery store near the metro station was also a plus. We were pleasantly surprised by how excellent our stay was. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 😊.

We found our apartment to be stylish, well-equipped, very spacious and comfortable in a quiet area just outside the Amsterdam city centre. The views from the 11th floor where we stayed were fantastic, and the apartment had great transport links (metro/tram) to the city and museum district, and was close to amenities such as supermarkets, shopping mall etc. It was a nice quiet little oasis from the bustling canal areas.
Apartment appeared to be missing a couple of small items, such as an iron and a broom; however staff quickly found us some when we asked for them, so I can't really complain!

Had a great time during our Easter break! the apartment was super cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, especially having separate rooms for the toilet and shower/bathroom. the extra towels provided were a nice touch, and we felt safe in the area. a fantastic experience!
That sometimes it was a bit difficult to regulate the heat in the apartment. It would either be too hot or too cold, but thankfully opening the windows helped cool it down.

convenient location for my purpose (close to Amsterdamse Bos) and at the same time 15-20 min from city center by metro ; very big apartment ; very comfortable bed/pillows ; well-equipped ;
a bit of a mix-up at arrival with credit card charges ; closing and opening the safe was tricky at times (had to reactivate it with the credit card); couple of things lacking from the kitchen (medium-sized sharp knife) ; would be useful to have cutlery/flatware/glassware for 6 people rather than 4 (apartment sleeps 3 so two services before running dishwasher)

It was a full two bedrooms apartment with all facilities including kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bath. Just 5 minutes from two metro stations (line 51) and tram (line 5). Opposite the station there was a supermarket to get all necessary.
During the check out there was no one responsible at reception. In a telephone conversation with the manager refused to store our luggage for a few hours , although at the check in they assured us that it can happen. Also prepaid our stay and we don't get invoice .
